Getting Your Merchants Started

Merchant Account Training

Merchant Account Training is a 60-minute training session for existing PayTrace accounts covering the Virtual Terminal and any option modules. The times shown are in the Pacific Time Zone.

Once an appointment is scheduled, a PayTrace representative will email conference call instructions to the email addresses listed in the appointment.

  • Account Training is available from 7 am - 3 pm.

  • Please communicate any change in the date or time of the requested appointment to PayTrace Support at support@paytrace.com or let us know if any attendee is running late before the appointment.

  • PayTrace Support will give attendees a 15-minute window to arrive before canceling the appointment. We have various training videos covering many topics in individual training available here.

Group Training

PayTrace now provides Group Training Webinars every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:15 a.m. PST.

You can join group training sessions with up to 100 participants. During these sessions, you can ask the trainer questions via private chat, and they will address them during the webinar. To attend, you must pre-register 24 hours in advance, and each attendee must register individually. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to join the training. Please register using the links below.
