Settle Transactions

The Settle Transactions page lets you settle pending transactions that you have entered into PayTrace's Virtual Terminal.

How to Use This Page

  1. Select Settle Transactions from the Virtual Terminal menu.

  2. Verify the pending transactions should be settled.

  3. Select Settle Transactions.

Display the search results in a view that is formatted for printing.

Settling transactions is only available for merchants whose processing account is set up on a Terminal Data Capture processing network. This link does not appear for merchants who are not on this type of processing network.

Once a transaction is settled, it initiates funding of the transaction. Transactions cannot be voided after they are settled but they can be refunded.
