Updating Your Web Browser and Operating System to Support PayTrace's 2023 TLS Requirements

In today's fast-paced digital world, it is crucial to ensure that your operating system and web browser are up-to-date. Outdated software can leave you vulnerable to security threats and limit your access to PayTrace.

One of the areas that can be impacted by outdated software is the support for certain TLS (Transport Layer Security) cipher suites. TLS cipher suites are cryptographic protocols that ensure secure communication between your computer and PayTrace.

If you are trying to access paytrace.com, we require a specific set of TLS cipher suites, and if your operating system or web browser does not support them, you will be unable to access the site. This can be frustrating, but the good news is that updating your software is often the solution.

You can test your web browser to see what TLS versions and cipher suites you support at https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/viewMyClient.html.
