Capture Payment
Ensure that you have a Posted Sales Invoice with a valid authorization.
From the Cash Management Menu.
Select the Cash Receipts Journals option within the menu.
Select the journal you want to use or create a new journal.
Fill out the relevant information and ensure you select the Posted Sales Invoice for the Applies-to Doc. No. field.
When you post, confirm that you want to capture the payment for the Posted Sales Invoice.
