Use the Inactive Customers page to pull a list of inactive customers within the specified period.

If you are not already signed up for this feature, please get in touch with your Merchant Service Provider or PayTrace Support at Support@PayTrace.com.

How to Use This Page

Use the image below and follow the steps.

  1. Enter the number of inactive days you want to search for.

  2. Click Search.

  3. Select the checkbox next to any customer from the list generated that you want to delete.

  4. Click the Delete button.
