Use the Auto Settle page to modify your Auto Settlement time.

If you are not already signed up for this feature, please get in touch with your Merchant Service Provider or PayTrace Support at Support@PayTrace.com.

How to Use This Page

  1. Select a time when you want PayTrace to settle your transactions automatically.

  2. Accept the Acknowledge Statement by placing a checkmark next to the agreement.

  3. Click the Save button.

In order to qualify for the best transaction rates and ensure the shortest funding schedule, PayTrace automatically settles your transactions at 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time, which ensures that the shortest funding times and transaction qualifications are met. However, you may change the auto close time to another time (Pacific Time) and disable auto close.

Auto Close Disclaimer: Disabling auto close is NOT recommended. If you disable auto close, transactions will ONLY settle/fund when you manually settle them. Forgetting to settle transactions or not settling daily will result in longer funding schedules, increased processing costs, and potential charge backs. PayTrace takes no responsibility for these side effects if you choose to disable auto close.
