Use the New Report page to create and define your custom report. Please note that you may create up to 15 reports.

How to Use This Page

  1. Enter a report Title.

  2. Select the Content/Columns that should be included in the report. Press and hold the control key to select or deselect multiple values.

  3. Select the Transaction Types to be included in the report. Press and hold the control key to select or deselect multiple values.

  4. Select the User Accounts to be included in the report. Press and hold the control key to select or deselect multiple values.

  5. Select the Processing Methods to be included in the report. Press and hold the control key to select or deselect multiple values.

  6. Select the frequency with which you want to receive the report.

  7. Select whether you want to receive a sample report.

  8. Select the From Date.

  9. Select the Through Date.

  10. Click the Save button.

NOTE:

Custom reports are emailed at 9:30 p.m. Pacific Time, if Frequency is Daily, on Saturday, if Frequency is Weekly, or on the 1st of the month, if Frequency is Monthly.If you want to generate a live report right now that may be viewed, printed, or downloaded, use the View Transactions page under the Virtual Terminal Menu.
