Merchant Tax ID

The value entered into this field should be the merchant's Tax ID. It may be up to 20 alphanumeric characters.

Tax Exempt

This radio button is designed to indicate whether the merchant is tax exempt. The options are Yes, this company is tax exempt, or No, this company is not tax exempt.

Product Label

The product label is intended to describe the product referenced in this line item record. It may contain up to 35 characters of free text.

Product Code

The product code is intended to be the identifier of this product within your accounting or product management system. It may contain up to 12 characters of free text.

Commodity Code

The value entered into this field should be the international description code of the overall goods or services being supplied. Your merchant-acquiring institution should be able to provide an updated list of currently defined codes. This should contain between 3 and 12 alphanumeric characters.

Unit of Measure

This is the unit of measure (i.e., Gallons, Pounds, Liters, Ounces, etc.) that is used to quantity each number/count in the quantity value. It may contain up to 12 characters of free text.

Cost Per Unit

The cost per unit is the cost per quantity of the product/service referenced in this line item record. It may contain up to 12 numeric digits and a decimal.
